Hey my fellow bloggers,hows things?

Anyway this is my first outfit post and im ubber excited,I didnt really do anything exciting today but decided to show you what I wore anyway.

I went for a skirt instead of jeans today seems as the sun way out. I love the colour of the jumper as its just so virbrant and can be carried through from season to season.
I appologise for the photography im not really great at taking pictures, haha. I will invest in a tripod soon though,I promise.

I teamed this with my green parka (which im looking to do a post on soon) and my black dolly shoes for a simple casual look.
:-)

I never normally wear any make-up,as I can never be bothered, but today I decided to wear a little bit of mascara and eyeliner, not that you can notice haha. I also went for natural hair today;just stepped out the shower and let it dry.

So thats my first outfit post, I hope you enjoyed it. Im sure there will be many more in the future.

Hows your day been?

Exams,exams and more exams!

Hi Olivia here.

I would like to appologise in advanced for not having posted an blog in a few weeks but ive got a lot on at the minute. As I mentioned in my last post ive been offered a place at sixth form woo,its not that simple though,in order to secure that place ive got to achieve at least 5 B's and B's in my chosen subjects,so stressful. So as of today 'mission revision' is in full flow!

As its a crucial time of the year for both A level and GCSE students id like to share with you my top tips for revising:

1) Be Prepared; have all your equiptment ready. Each exam will require different equiptment so make sure you're fully aware as to what you need, theres nothing worse than wasting time in an exam asking for all the right equiptment. Make sure you have your equiptment months in advanced;running round the night before your exam will not help.

2) Organise your revsion; look at all the exams you have and map out what you need to study and when. A revision timetable is often good, this allows you to structure your revision (guides can be found online) Dont try and cram it all in the night before, 30mins at a time is sufficient.

3)Learn what type of revision suits you best; are you a visual, kinesthetic or active learner? There are different types of revision out there to suit all learners. You can read, from revision guides/note,listen to sound bites or even place learning games. For me im a kinesthetic learner however the best way for me to learn is to listen to a sound bite about my chosen topic, read the revision guide and then do some mock exam questions. Long winded I know but its what you got to do to get a good grade.

4) Last but my no means least;dont leave all your revision until the last minute. Yes I know youve heard it all a hundred times before but DONT! You'll find yourself stressing out and it wont stay in,make sure you start revising a good six weeks before an exam, this way you'll have all the information you need and it'll give you time to go back over anything your unsure of.

So yes ive waffled on about revison for long enough now, theres many more revision tips but they're the main ones.

Now all thats left to say is make sure you have a good nights sleep and a healthy breakfast before an exam and best of luck;im sure you'll do fine!
Ill try not to leave it so long before my next post.
Bye for now,
Liv x
